Founder · WV948

I’m authentic, present, non-judgmental, empathic — and forthright. I truly care about people and am invested in seeing them live healthy, happy lives. My commitment to you is to be as clear and authentic as possible, bringing my experience as a psychologist together with the best that psychotherapy has to offer — and what we learn together about you — to know when to tread gently, and when and how to help you dig in. I strive to provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment to help you resolve any issues you may have that will guide you to a more enjoyable life. My job is to make you feel comfortable as I help you to gain insight and confidence to make positive changes in your life.

NCC · CCATP

Allow me to help you navigate life’s adversities, discover your strengths, and move toward self-acceptance. I hold space for you to express yourself in a safe, welcoming environment, free of judgment — a positive therapeutic alliance is critical to making positive change. I enjoy working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or substance misuse; we’ll talk, and use art, as we work together. I’m a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and a U.S. Air Force veteran, with 18 years in the public school system and 10 years in private practice.
